Cat 2 _ $30.00 $400.00 _ Monthly, per pet rent and One-Time non-refundable per apartment fee applies for both cats and/or dogs. Maximum of 2 pets per home.
Dog 2 _ $30.00 $400.00 _ Monthly rent is $30 for pets 30lbs or less; $40 for pet 31lbs or more. Non-refundable pet fee is $400 for one pet under 25lbs; $500 for one pet 26lbs+ or two pets. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
